Tom Rinaldi of Provenance demonstrates alcohol sweet spots in Cabernet
Sauvignon.
Craig Williams shows the use of oxygen to refine structure in
Cabernet Sauvignon and will present some deficit irrigation trials
for a select group of Masters of Wine and Master Sommeliers.
